Need help with my Political Science question – I’m studying for my class.

Politics is a game, where a power struggle exists between various players in order to get the upper hand. When dealing with U.S. foreign policy, many scholars have argue that based on the powers that are outlined in the U.S. Constitution , Congress should be the main player in this area. However, others have argue that the President should be the main figure in dealing with foreign policymaking, since Congress is too focus on domestic policies. So, the question for this discussion post is the following: Which branch of government should be the one that dictates foreign policymaking? Tell me why you believe that, that branch of government should take the lead in dictating policymaking in foreign affairs. If you believe that neither branches should lead this area policymaking, please offer alternative solutions to this problem. As a reminder, please utilize power points slides in your discussion
