That will give me a background about who knows more than the others. If Icombined my knowledge to learned from my team and gained more skills, I think that will makeme an expert.Limitations: I think without learning from experiences I won’t be able to develop fast becauselearning from experience is free learning and that’s why I should learn and record everything thatI have been through. Bad experiences are what I should look for because if it was good then it’snot really an experience, many people try to change their jobs just because it’s not challengeable.Opportunities: The opportunity to learn, being surrounded by all levels of team membersfor example in meetings, I consider it a learning session where I can gain knowledge from allmembers of the team. Some of the team members might have more knowledge in operation thanI personally do and some has more technical knowledge than I do.
