Part C: Collaborative Partnership You are required to develop a collaborative partnership arrangement for the simulated business (SimIT Information and Project Management). The partnership should be between SimIT and a community group (which may be public or private). This assessment task requires you to: ? demonstrate and model skills and knowledge to foster partnerships, conduct stakeholder consultation and use strategic and personally enhancing communication skills ? develop collaborative approaches to enhance individual, team and organisational outcomes ? initiate and implement partnerships in line with relevant regulatory, employment and organisational requirements. In completing the task, you are also required to: ? outline the legislative and regulatory context of the organisation (SimIT) ? outline SimIT’s mission, purpose, values, objectives and strategies ? explain techniques that cultivate collaborative relationships and partnerships ? describe data collection methods ? explain the external context including social, political, economic and technological developments ? explain emotional intelligence and its relationship to individual and team effectiveness ? explain organisational transformation and the management of the stages of change. In order to satisfactorily complete this task, you must undertake all required consultations and complete the following documents: ? Getting Ready Checklist – (use template provided) ? Risk Management Plan – (use template provided) ? Collaboration Business Plan – (use template provided) ? You must also produce a Memorandum of Understanding, which has the minimum inclusions you must provide. – (use the template provided).
