Further, construction has been prompted by the governments of different countries to transform into a low-carbon and environmentally responsible sector (EC, 2002; USEPA, 2009).

While there are lots of drivers for practice change, there exist a number of barriers that prohibit transformation. However, until now, a deeper understanding of how the drivers and barriers are affecting construction organizations’ willingness in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the construction operations is still lacking.

This study seeks to:
Firstly, Identify the drivers and barriers of transforming construction into a low-carbon and environmentally responsible sector and:
Secondly, Investigate the effect of drivers and barriers on the willingness of construction organizations to reduce GHG emissions in construction operations.

In Module 10, you should have been provided the sample questionnaire and a set of raw data Preview the document collected from this survey study. In class, you should have learned hands-on skills to present the ordinal, nominal and interval data in tables, graphs and charts.

Submit a written report to present the findings of this study. In the report, you should demonstrate your skills to analyse the raw data and utilize appropriate methods to present the descriptive statistics in form of tables, graphs, charts integrated with textual explanations. Based on your data analysis results and the presented descriptive statistics, report the implications of findings.
