You are sure it is going to yield great benefits for the organisation, and you are ready to make it happen. But how challenging will the change management process be?

The problem is, for the change management process to be a success, your co-workers and management need to support the idea. In addition, they must also be willing to change their habits. Hence correctly so, you have identified the change maybe small, but to transition a group of people, is a BIG process.

You are required to; identify the change problem, justify the need for change, and undertake a diagnosis analysis of the change inherent in the chosen organisation using a diagnostic model covered in this unit.
